Knowledge and Feedback
The Knowledge & Feedback section is located at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar. This suite of tools is designed to handle "soft" project data—documentation, team sentiment, and cross-functional communication—ensuring that information is not just stored, but acted upon.
Pages (The Knowledge Base)#
As detailed previously, Pages is your project’s internal Wikipedia. It uses a block-based editor to house:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Guidelines for how the team should handle specific technical tasks.
- Project Wikis: Centralized technical specs, brand guidelines, and onboarding materials.
- Shared Assets: A repository for images, files, and templates used across the project.
Feedback#
The Feedback module is used to gather input from stakeholders, beta testers, or internal team members
- Centralized Input: Instead of scattered emails or chat messages, feedback is logged here as specific entries.
- Actionable Insights: Feedback can be triaged and converted directly into Issues (Bugs or Features) if the input requires a technical change.
- Sentiment Tracking: Helps project managers gauge the "health" of a feature based on user and team reactions.
Collaboration#
The Collaboration module is the "Live" component of your documentation and feedback loop. It focuses on real-time teamwork:
- Shared Workspaces: See which team members are currently active in specific Pages or Issues.
- Comments & Mentions: Use @mentions to alert specific users to feedback entries or documentation updates that require their attention.
- Version History: Track changes made to the Knowledge Base to ensure everyone is working from the most recent "source of truth."
